A head study of Mamenchisaurus youngi, an animal that had one of the longest necks ever known. This animal probably did not grazze high in the trees, as has been shown popularly for the past several decades. Instead, it seems that these massive sauropods were feeding low to the ground, using their necks to take in a lot of food without moving very much.
